The Planless Poem

This is the planless poem.

I have no idea where it will lead.
Perhaps into memories of
Childhood,
A green uniform
On a greenhorn.

A greenhorn, thrust
Into a world of
Aggression, left
To fend for himself.

Quickly learning,
Theft
Was shrugged off.
Protect
What's yours or
Lose it.

I couldn't take the next step,
Lay claim to what is
Not yours
And claim
Often enough
To make it yours.

I'm offering a radically new way to live your life.
Don't plan.
Instead, live each moment. Sure, have a dream, have desires, have goals but embrace what life hands to you.
Don't be afraid to try Feng Shui. Or Vaastu Shastra. Or any new thing that comes your way. Rearrange your living room.
Don't be afraid to try anything. Smoke if you want. I did and I got out of it after 29 years of smoking.
What you define yourself as will determine how you live your life.
Above all, don't plan, LIVE!
